a conversation between my kiddos on the way home from church last night. buxton: "mommy, when i grow up i want to be a soldier and ride in an army truck." brayleigh: "me too, me too. i want to go in army truck." buxton: "ugh. no. i don't want to be a soldier anymore. i want to be something else." this represents conversations they have all throughout the day. she copies everything he says and everything he does. and naturally it drives him crazy! buxton and i were snuggling in bed the other night reading my bible together, when we came across an ultra sound picture of brayleigh tucked away in the pages. buxton immediately asked what that picture was. he loves to be told stories, we have spent a lot of time talking about where each one of his stuffed animals came from. so i began to explain to buxton that this is a picture of sissy when she was 0 years old in my tummy. being the very smart 4 year old he is he knew he needed to ask more. buxton: " how did sissy get in your tummy?" mommy: "God put her there." buxton: "did you have to eat her?" mommy: "no." buxton: "?" mommy: "God just put her in my tummy." luckily the conversation ended here!

monday morning started out with... superman. ready for school!

newest adventure. 4 miles with about 20 pounds on my back. monday and tuesday this was succesful.

class. but we call it school because she thinks that's really cool.
